Women in Project Management Summit
By registering for the "Women in Project Management Summit" event (hereinafter referred to as the "Event"), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before registering.
2.1. To attend the Event, you must register and pay the applicable registration fee. Registration is available via our event website.
2.2. All tickets are non-refundable.
2.3. Payment can be made by EFT on the banking details below or via the payment link on our event website.

3.1. Event details, including the date, time, location, and agenda, are subject to change. Please check the event website for the most up-to-date information.
3.2. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Event schedule or program, including speakers, topics, and sessions, without prior notice.
4.1. NO refunds will be given once the tickets and or bookings have been made. We can transfer your ticket for another event of equal value or hold on to your payment as credit for an upcoming event.
4.2. If you are unable to attend the Event after registering, you may substitute your registration with a colleague or friend by notifying us in advance.
4.3. In the event of a cancellation or substitution, please inform us at least 14 working days prior to the Event. Late substitutions will not be accommodated.
5.1. If you are unable to attend the Event and do not have a substitute, you may receive a credit for the amount paid towards a future event organized by us. This credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of the original Event.

6.1. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner throughout the Event.
6.2. The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee who disrupts the Event or engages in inappropriate or offensive behavior without providing a refund or credit.
6.3. Project Managers Africa (Pty) Ltd is a Christian Faith aligned organisation and as such you are attending all our events with this awareness and you agree and understand that there may be an opening or closing prayer and or sharing of Christian-oriented opening/closing remarks/speech at the event.
7.1. By registering for the Event, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
8.1. All materials, presentations, and content provided at the Event are the intellectual property of Project Managers Africa and/or the organizers and/or the respective speakers. Attendees may not record, reproduce, or distribute any materials without explicit permission.
9.1. Photographs and videos may be taken during the Event for promotional and archival purposes. By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or filmed.
10.1. The organizers are not responsible for any personal property or belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the Event.
10.2. The organizers shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances that may occur during the Event.
11.1. The organizers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Please check the event website for the most up-to-date version.
